This Sea Salt Caramel Fudge is a deliciously creamy, buttery treat made by a small family-run kitchen business in Bedfordshire. Rich caramel fudge is finished with a delicate touch of sea salt, creating that irresistible sweet-and-salty combination that makes it very difficult to stop at just one piece.
The fudge is made by Jan, Debbie and Doug, who previously ran Arcadia in Bedford’s Edwardian Arcade for almost 20 years. Their experience has now been brought into their small kitchen business, creating delicious handmade treats with a lovely local story behind them.
At 130g, it makes a lovely little Christmas chocolate and fudge gift, stocking filler or sweet addition to a festive hamper.
